Forrest Beach State School has one of the most well equipt Resource Centres in the district bosting well over 1500 books. The centre was upgraded in 2005 with funding from the "Investing in Schools" program. Its maintenance has continued to be a priority of the school's budget.
The Centre also houses a computer lab with 15 Apple computers of which ten were purchased in 2013. Students have access to these computers on a regular basis in class and before schools.
The centre is open to the public by arrangement. Community groups wishing to use the centre for meetings etc. can contact the school for details.
